We run mission-critical platforms at scale and keep them reliable under real-world load, not just on launch day. We pair that operational discipline with enterprise architecture, mapping how systems, data and business capabilities fit together, and with IT governance built on ITIL service-management practice. The result is a platform estate that is understood, controlled and resilient end to end.

How we do it.

We work operator-side, embedding formal IT governance through ITIL change, problem and incident management with a change advisory board that owns risk. We engineer for reliability at scale, prove disaster recovery before it is needed, and model the enterprise as a map of capabilities so every system has a clear owner and purpose. Architecture and governance run together, not as paperwork but as the way the platform stays standing.

The proof we bring.

We kept a mission-critical store platform live across 450 stores and ran a phased migration of around 400 of them without taking the business offline. When one store lost its server room, we stood up live disaster recovery the same day, all under formal change governance with a change advisory board and active problem management.
