Who we are
This site is operated by Three Four Sarl, trading as The 34 Group, based in Lutry, Vaud, Switzerland. For anything on this page, write to office@the34group.com.
What we collect
If you contact us through the form or by email, we keep what you send (your name, your email address and your message) so we can reply and work with you. That is the only personal information we ask of you. We do not build advertising profiles, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How we measure the site
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, which pages they read and how fast the pages load. This measurement is cookieless and privacy-first: it does not track you across other websites, it does not fingerprint your device, and it does not identify you personally. It exists so we can make the site better, nothing more.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Our analytics are cookieless, so there is nothing for you to accept and no tracking banner to click through. If that ever changes (for example if we add tools that do use cookies), we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Where your data is processed
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides the cookieless analytics above. Data may be processed on its infrastructure outside Switzerland and the EU, under appropriate safeguards. If you write to us, your message reaches us by email.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@the34group.com and we will handle it. Our processing follows Swiss data-protection law (and the GDPR where it applies).
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above. Material changes will be made clear.
