Hub Map · our flagship
For when you do not yet know what the real problem is.
The hardest mandates arrive undefined: something is wrong, the stakes are high, and the brief points at the symptom. Hub Map is how we find the real problem, connect strategy to a shipped result, and stay until it holds. The method is ours. The outcome is yours.
The biggest problems arrive undefined.
A cabinet answers an undefined problem with a template built for someone else, then hands you a deck to implement. We do the opposite. We map the real terrain first, find the problem worth solving, and take it all the way to a shipped, adopted change. Narrow door, broad room: one clear mandate, the whole business behind it.
What Hub Map delivers
Not the one in the brief. The one that actually moves the business.
The small share of the work that delivers most of the result, not an 18-month wish list.
Not a recommendation. A result that exists.
We stay until it is used, not just launched.
Transformation we have run.
We reframed a cost-saving project into a data, geo-location and supply-chain platform now live in 150+ stores across 10 countries. We turned a store crisis into +€3M a year and a fix that changed a global retailer’s IT policy. We repriced an 18-month transformation plan into a focused roadmap that delivered most of the impact first. Different problems, one approach: find the real one, ship the result.
The Hub Map method itself stays proprietary. We are anti-template, so we run it with you rather than sell it to you. How we work every day is FOCAL.
Questions, answered straight.
What is the Hub Map?
Hub Map is our flagship transformation engagement for large, ill-defined problems. It connects strategy to a shipped, adopted result. The method is proprietary and we run it with you; we do not sell it as a template.
Do you hand over the framework?
No. Cabinets sell you a framework and leave. We are anti-template by design: the method is ours and we operate it alongside you. What you keep is the outcome and an organisation that can run it.
When do you use Hub Map versus a focused build?
Hub Map is for when the problem itself is unclear or spans the whole business. When the problem is already defined and it is about shipping, a focused engagement like The Connected Floor or Be the Answer fits better.
Bring us the problem you cannot name.
No deck, no gate. A working session on what is really going on, with the operators who would fix it.
